i mentioned that i finally got a chance to visit the high line on my last trip to nyc. of course, we picked maybe the worst time to head down there- a beautiful spring saturday afternoon. it was literally packed! apparently the high line is one of the top three tourist attractions in new york city now. that is pretty damn amazing (seriously! ellis island, empire state building, statue of liberty, rockefeller center, central park!).

despite the crowds, it was quite beautiful. and the perfect family activity. i was having a great time shooting with my yashica mat 124, but it kept getting stuck when i advanced it, leaving me with some pretty sweet double exposures. i quite like how those turned out...

can't wait to go back again on my next trip (probably early in the morning or on a weekday, though!)
